InsurePM provides project management tools delivered as Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx) and PDF documents (.pdf). Our products include built-in formulas, dropdown menus, conditional formatting, and auto-calculating dashboards — all using standard spreadsheet features with no macros or scripts required.
2. Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, transmit, or access any of your personal data or project data.
Our products are standalone files that you download and use on your own computer or cloud storage. All data you enter into our templates remains on your device and is never transmitted to InsurePM or any third party.
Specifically:
- We do not collect your name, email, or contact information through our products
- We do not access, read, or store any project data you enter
- We do not use cookies or tracking technologies within our products
- We do not share any information with third parties
- Our files contain no macros, scripts, or code that connects to external services
3. Product Automation
Our products use standard Excel features to provide automation — formulas, conditional formatting, data validation dropdowns, and cross-sheet references. These features:
- Run entirely within your spreadsheet application (Excel, LibreOffice Calc, or similar)
- Do not require any special permissions — no macros, no scripts, no internet connection needed
- Do not transmit data anywhere — all calculations happen locally in your file
4. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored in your own files on your own device or cloud storage. You are responsible for the security of your files. We recommend:
- Keeping backup copies of your project files
- Using password protection on sensitive project documents
- Being careful about who you share your project files with
5. Third-Party Services
Our products are distributed through Etsy.com. When you purchase our products on Etsy, Etsy's own privacy policy applies to that transaction. We do not receive your payment information — Etsy handles all payment processing.
If you choose to open our Excel files in a cloud service (such as Microsoft 365 online or similar), that service's privacy policy applies to the data you enter while using their platform.
6. Children's Privacy
Our products are designed for business professionals and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
