Welcome to InsurePM. By purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Products and Delivery
InsurePM sells digital project management tools delivered as Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx) and PDF documents (.pdf) through the Etsy marketplace. All products are digital downloads — no physical products are shipped.
Upon purchase, you will receive the product files for download. You will need a compatible spreadsheet application (such as Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice Calc, or similar) and a PDF viewer (such as Adobe PDF Viewer) or word processor (such as Microsoft Word, LibreOffice Writer, or similar) capable of viewing PDF documents to use our products.
2. License and Permitted Use
When you purchase an InsurePM product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business projects. This means:
- You MAY: Use the product for unlimited personal or business projects by making copies for each new project.
- You MAY: Customize and modify the templates for your own use.
- You MAY: Share completed project documents (with your data filled in) with your team, clients, or stakeholders.
- You MAY NOT: Resell, redistribute, or share the blank/empty templates with others who have not purchased their own license.
- You MAY NOT: Claim the templates as your own creation or remove InsurePM branding.
- You MAY NOT: Upload the blank templates to any marketplace, file-sharing site, or public repository.
3. Product Automation
Our products use standard spreadsheet features to provide automation, including formulas, conditional formatting, data validation dropdowns, and cross-sheet references. These features:
- Run entirely within your spreadsheet application
- Do not transmit data to external servers
- Do not require any special permissions, macros, or scripts
- Are included as part of the product and are covered by these terms
4. Intellectual Property
All InsurePM products, including spreadsheet structures, document content, formulas, formatting, and design elements, are the intellectual property of InsurePM and are protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a license to USE the products, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds once the digital files have been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with a product, please contact us at support@insurepm.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. While we have designed our products based on professional project management best practices, we do not guarantee that use of our products will result in any specific business outcome.
Our products are educational and organizational tools. They do not constitute professional project management consulting, legal advice, or financial advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
InsurePM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product.
8. Product Updates
We may update our products from time to time to add features, fix issues, or improve functionality. Updates to products you have already purchased may be made available at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide updates or support for any specific period after purchase.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Our products are sold through Etsy. Your use of the Etsy platform is subject to their terms of service and privacy policy. If you choose to open our files in a cloud service (such as Microsoft 365 online or similar), that service's terms apply. InsurePM is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party platforms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
